Companion Planting

Companion planting is your best bet to beat the pests. Here are some quick pointers.
1. Alliums like chives & garlic are excellent repellents.
2. Use the Indian Tribes tried and true "Three Sisters" by planting corn, squash and beans together.
3. Carrots, lettuce and onion grow great together.
4. Hide your kale from nasty bugs by planting it with nasturtiums.
5. Lure the good bugs by planting umbels like parsley through out your garden.
6. Do NOT plant potato and tomato next to each other because they are cousins they will attract the same bugs.
7. Do NOT plant onions next to your beans and peas it will stunt their growth.
